Confirmation. Reservations are personal and non-transferable and will be guaranteed exclusively once the campsite Reception team confirms the reservation via email.
Documentation. On the day of arrival you must present original and valid identity documents of all persons, including minors, and register at the reception pets and objects subject to payment that enter the campsite. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or expulsion.
Vehicles. The rate includes a vehicle, therefore, the vehicle must be parked within the reserved plot or designated accommodation parking. Any supplementary vehicle must be registered, paid according to the current rate and parked in the parking areas designated for extra vehicles. It is strictly forbidden to park the vehicle, quad, motorcycle or trailer in another plot or in the roads of the campsite.
Moorings and boats. To reserve a mooring you must send an email to [email protected] indicating your reservation number and the dates on which you request the mooring. The number of berths is limited and reservations are made on a strict first-come, first-served basis. The reserved period must always be paid in full on the day of arrival at the campsite, even if arrival is delayed or departure from the campsite is advanced.
Before placing the boat or jetski in the water, it must be registered at reception. For this, it is necessary that you provide the documentation of the boat or jetski and the insurance papers together with your ID. Once registered, the stickers that must be placed in a visible way on the boat or jetski. The use of the channels without prior registration is not allowed.
Camping Nautic Almata has an exclusive parking lot for trailers and it is not allowed to park the trailer outside these facilities.
Identification of the customer: only the campsite guests have the right to use and enjoy the camping facilities. At the time of check-in each person will be given an identifying bracelet, which must be visible at all times.
6. Right of admission. The Campsite Management reserves the right of admission and will expel, if necessary, campers who do not respect the environment and the rules of the Parc Natural de los Aiguamolls Nature Reserve or, who do not comply with the rules of coexistence, morality and decency, established by the Official Regulations of Internal Camping Regime of the F.N.C.E. The holder of the invoice shall be responsible for all acts attributable to him or his companions. Pitches
Occupation. All pitches include: caravan or motorhome or tent + vehicle + a maximum of six people. The entry of 2 camper vehicles on the same plot is not allowed. It is not allowed to modify the nature of the plots. The plot will be available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, without exception.
Price. The category and price of the plots are determined according to criteria of location, size or extra services.
Payment. To formalize the reservation, 20% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of check-in.
Allotment expenses. The cost per allotment of plot number is 30€ per stay. If the client does not want to assign the plot number, it will be assigned at the time of check in. Changes and/or cancellations. Any changes or cancellations in your booking must be requested in writing. Changes will be subject to availability. Only changes confirmed by email will be valid. For stays in high season, if the cancellation is communicated 21 days before the date of entry, the Campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 21 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation. For stays in mid and/or low season, if the cancellation is communicated 3 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within 3 days or less than the arrival date, the Campsite will not refund the payment made on account. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Campsite, 100% of the amount paid on account will be refunded. Such annulment shall under no circumstances entitle the parties to interest or damages. All booking modifications are subject to availability. A change of dates that does not represent a reduction in the duration of the stay or a change in the category of pitch or accommodation will not generate expenses. In high season, in case of a reduction in the duration of the stay, the campsite will pay the amount corresponding to 20% of the price of the shortened nights in pitch. If the booked stay does not take place on the day of arrival, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the campsite will be able to freely dispose of the pitch or accommodation. There will be no refund of the payment made on account. If the client gives advance notice of a delay in their arrival they must pay the full price of the days that their pitch or accommodation is kept free.
Arrival in advance. If the customer arrives from 10 p.m. of the day prior to their booking date, overnight stay with caravan or motorhome can be done in the parking of the campsite if there are free places, and will not involve any cost. The customer must communicate their parking in Reception or Security, who will give them a temporary identification. If, on arrival, a free plot is available, the client must stay overnight at the campsite and pay the rate that night corresponding to the plot that occupies.
Accommodations
Occupation. Accommodation occupancy is one person per single bed and two people per double bed. It is not allowed to exceed this occupancy. Each accommodation includes a parking space in a designated place. It is not allowed to modify the furniture or nature of the accommodation. The accommodation will be available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, without exception.
Confirmation accommodation number. The campsite in no case will guarantee allocation of accommodation number of the category requested, reserving the right to allocate accommodation according to camping considerations.
Price. The category and price of the accommodations are determined according to criteria of location, size or extra services.
Payment. 30% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. The total stay must be paid at the time of check in.
Changes and/or cancellations. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. The campsite, according to availability, will try to comply with this request. Only changes confirmed in writing will be valid. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. For stays in high season, if the cancellation is communicated 21 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 21 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation. For stays in mid and/or low season, if the cancellation is communicated 7 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 7 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation.
