Booking conditions

General

1. Confirmation. Reservations are personal and non-transferable and will be guaranteed exclusively once the campsite Reception team confirms the reservation via email.

2. Documentation. On the day of arrival, the original and valid identity documents of everyone staying at the campsite, including minors, must be presented at reception.

3. Vehicles. The rate includes a vehicle, therefore, the vehicle must be parked within the reserved plot or designated accommodation parking. Any supplementary vehicle must be registered, paid according to the current rate and parked in the parking areas designated for extra vehicles. It is strictly forbidden to park the vehicle, quad, motorcycle or trailer in another plot or in the roads of the campsite.

4. Moorings and boats. To reserve a mooring you must send an email to [email protected] indicating your reservation number and the dates on which you request the mooring. The number of berths is limited and reservations are made on a strict first-come, first-served basis. The reserved period must always be paid in full on the day of arrival at the campsite, even if arrival is delayed or departure from the campsite is advanced.

Before placing the boat or jetski in the water, it must be registered at reception. For this, it is necessary that you provide the documentation of the boat or jetski and the insurance papers together with your ID. Once registered, the stickers that must be placed in a visible way on the boat or jetski. The use of the channels without prior registration is not allowed.

Camping Nàutic Almata has an exclusive parking lot for trailers and it is not allowed to park the trailer outside these facilities.

5. Right of admission. Camping Nàutic Almata reserves the right of admission, as well as the right to expel or penalize any client who does not comply with the internal regulations of our facilities.

Plots

1. Occupation. All pitches include: caravan or motorhome or tent + vehicle + a maximum of six people. The entry of 2 camper vehicles on the same plot is not allowed. It is not allowed to modify the nature of the plots. The plot will be available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, without exception.

2. Price. The category and price of the plots are determined according to criteria of location, size or extra services.

3. Payment. To formalize the reservation, 20% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of check-in.

4. Changes and/or cancellations. Any change to your reservation must be requested by email. The campsite, depending on availability, will try to attend this request. Only changes confirmed by email will be valid.

Cancellations must be communicated by email. For stays in high season, if the cancellation is communicated 15 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 15 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation. For stays in mid and/or low season, if the cancellation is communicated 3 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 3 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation.

Accommodations

1. Occupation. Accommodation occupancy is one person per single bed and two people per double bed. It is not allowed to exceed this occupancy. Each accommodation includes a parking space in a place marked for it. It is not allowed to modify the furniture or nature of the accommodation. The accommodation will be available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, without exception.

2. Price. The category and price of the accommodations are determined according to criteria of location, size or extra services.

3. Payment. To formalize the reservation, 30% of the total stay must be paid at the time of making the reservation. The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of check-in.

4. Changes and/or cancellations. Any change to your reservation must be requested by email. The campsite, depending on availability, will try to attend this request. Only changes confirmed by email will be valid.

Cancellations must be communicated by email. For stays in high season, if the cancellation is communicated 15 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 15 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation. For stays in mid and/or low season, if the cancellation is communicated 7 days before the date of entry, the campsite will refund 80% of the amount of the reservation. If you cancel within less than 7 days of the arrival date, you will lose the total amount paid for the reservation.
